Thiruvekka, Son vannam seitha perumal temple or Sri Yathothakaari Perumal Temple is located in Thiruvekka, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu state, India. The main God here is Yadhothakari Perumal, Sonna vannam seitha and Amman (Thayar) is Komalavalli Nachiyaar . This temple is a 108 Divya Desam Koil. One of the alwars, poet saints of 7-10th century, Poigai alwar was born at this temple.

Tiruvekkaa Temple or Yathothkari Perumal Temple (regionally referred to as Sonnavannam Seitha Perumall) is a Hindu temple placed in Kanchipuram in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu and committed to the Hindu god Vishnu. On seeing this, Thirumizhisai Alwar also prepred to start from Kanchi leaving along with Kani Kannan. So, he too started together with him. While they have been going, he sung a song on the Yadhothakari Perumal as Kani Kannan is leaving Kanchipuram, he is also going along with him and Alwar asks the Perumal to get up from his Aadhisheshan, which is the mattress for him and roll it and desires him to stop from Kanchi.

The Perumal additionally got out from Kanchipuram following the Alwar and Kani Kannan. On listening to this, the king and all the people of Kanchi, begged Kani Kannan to go back back to Kanchipuram.

And after this, Kani Kannan together with Thirumizhisai Alwar got here back to Kanchipuram. When returning, Alwar sung a song asking that Kani Kannan has again again to Kanchi and he want the Perumal to go and sleep in his Aadhiseshan within the temple.
